Vline temporary timetable help

Hey all, I was just wondering whether anyone might be able to explain what's happening with the Ararat line temporary timetable? It lists the final service from Southern Cross to Ballarat and then Ararat as being at 6:18pm - normally there are trains till like midnight.

I called the PTV hotline and the worker didn't even know there was a temporary timetable - I had to direct them to the web page click by click - and then told me the Ararat and Ballarat lines are separate, which they are not lol, and then they said trains are running as usual.... Confusing to say the least haha

Any help would be much appreciated!
