interpretation help: how does he feel that i haven't reached out to him again in a few months?

for some context this is my former FWB that i haven’t been in contact with in a few months after i ended things with him. i mostly asked this question to see if now might be a good time to reach out since i keep feeling like it isn’t the right time.

i asked my deck this question (i meant to take. pic and i forgot im so sorry) but i pulled: the empress, the devil, the chariot and then page of wands on the bottom of the deck.

my interpretation was that he is missing me nurturing him (empress) and maybe becoming obsessive with the lack of contact here (the devil) and wants to either move forward or move towards me (the chariot). page of wanda at the bottom shows he might want to send a
message but not necessarily in a mature way.
