[F26] Constipated and vomiting

Hi,
I am a 26 year old female, 5’4’’, weighing around ~129 pounds.
Current medications include:
-Bactrim DS 800-160 mg tablet every 12 hours for 5 days( on pill 2)
-ondansetron 4 mg tablet every 8 hours for 3 days ( on pill 2)

I have been experiencing extreme abdominal pain (I believe from being constipated), and vomiting with almost any food or fluid. I did take a laxative, but it did not work. I went to Urgent Care yesterday explaining all my symptoms and I was told that it might be a UTI, I tested positive for one. I’m a little worried that it might be more than just a UTI since I don’t have most of the typical symptoms. Of course, I am still taking the antibiotics and the anti nausea medication as well. However, last night I felt a strong fever come on. I am thinking of going to another urgent care and explaining all these symptoms again. Is there any other piece of advice that anyone could provide for me?
