Does anyone think Fire Crew is canon in The Bureau Raid?

I think it is because listen, in Cleaning Out The Bureau, Michael grabs the janitor outfit. Why would we grab this if we are NOT going to use it in Roof? Also, an explosion is more likely to destroy a few floors of a building than a helicopter crash. I know Michael says he doesn’t want to mop, but whats the point of going out of your way to grab supplies if your not going to use it?
