Should I upgrade from a 12600KF to a 13700KF for Competitive Shooters?

I live in the UK. I have a 5060 Ti, (2x16)32GB 3600MHz RAM and B760 D4 motherboard. Don’t want to spend DDR5 money at the moment so my budget is max £300 (GBP) right now.

Looking to run always above 350+ FPS in Overwatch, CS and Valorant. Any suggestions or advice to if this would bridge that gap?

Costs £230 for this upgrade where I live. Unsure if I should just wait.
