AIO for calling my bf toxic?

I (15F) and my bf (15M) have been dating for around a year recently his behavior has become to the point where it's unacceptable. An example is when he gets upset he gives me the silent treatment and when he's not giving me the silent treatment he's being extremely rude saying things like telling me to kms or just being nitpicky about everything I do. He constantly calls me things like needy, or annoying despite me telling him I found these things rude. But he's never actually done anything that people really call toxic like love booming or anything so am I overreacting or is this toxic?
