Sellers Realtor blocked my Realtor

TLDR:

Sellers Realtor blocked my Realtor and we want their key lockbox off our door.

Long story short we did our final walk through house was dirty, hidden damage to walls behind the tvs, and a basketball goal was left on the side of the road. We were at the midnight hour and said we wanted $2000 for cleaning, repairs etc. They agreed almost immediatly and stated the basketball goal was getting picked up by the city and was paid for.

We signed for the house and were merely asking when it was getting picked up as we and the neighbors want it gone. We also informed their Realtor (through ours) that the sellers left some photographs which we wanted to return to them. Unfortunately the sellers Realtor told ours that we bullied the sellers and we should be grateful and subsequently blocked my realtor.

He has his key lockbox on the door and we want it gone but it has been a week since communication was blocked. I honestly want to cut the thing off but I also dont want to be liable for replacing it. I called the broker today and said if they dont call me and come get it im considering it abandoned property and will remove it myself. Is that the right thing to do?
