Needing some help on depositing a loan check into my checking account after a failed mobile upload deposit on PayPal. Will my bank (different than PayPal) accept it?

Will BOA allow me to deposit a loan check that was endorsed as mobile deposit only to PayPal… (which was rejected and unable to process or deposit this check) so, is there any way to endorse the check after writing it to a different bank and now to a different bank?
