concerta

Hey everyone i’m 17 and i just started concerta, im on 18mg and the doctor gave me 30 pills. I‘m so confused, it worked on day one gave me crazy focus and day 2 not so much now im around a week and a half in and i feel absolutely nothing from the medication should i up the dosage??
