About to make a 22k purchase and vendor said I can swap credit cards. What are my options?

Family of three. Annual income 300k. Currently major card is citi Costco card. I have Apple, Discover and Amex since student but don’t quite use these. Wife has Discover.
We need to buy off solar panel and the company allows to use credit cards lol. Thinking of applying for 2-3 new cards to get some bonus back.
One thing on the list is the southwest currently doing 80k.i probably can apply for the business one but no rush.
Just want to maximize the cash back/points back. Can live with annual fee but don’t want anything more than $200.
