Possibly Quitting burn

I recently found out I have to take a break from working out due to some injuries. I paid for a year in advance. Does anyone know if I were to quit, would I get any money back as a refund..? I still have 9 months left of the year so a pretty long time.

To clarify I can’t freeze because I genuinely have no idea how long I will have to be gone. Could be 10 weeks could be longer. Very unsure right now.
