Made a mistake with my bank account. Need advice

So I keep my money relatively in check. I have a basic account, a cash back, and a savings. I keep all extra funds in my regular, use my cash back for payments, and don't touch my savings unless I'm putting money in

I made a tiny mistake with a payment thinking it was a monthly thing (it turned out to be a yearly with the monthly cost rounded down) and my cash back went into the negative about $45. I IMMEDIATELY put cash back into the account from my basic account. The money I put in adds up to a little over the money spend (I put a little extra just in case)

Will I be punished in anyway for this mistake? I haven't seen anything happen yet, but I'm still a bit paranoid
