Where to watch reality TV shows online for free?

EDIT: Watching my trash TV on https://cine.su now, it updates right after the cable broadcast.

Cable is dead and network apps want you to link a TV provider just to watch basic reality television. I just want to watch my weekly trash TV drama without paying a massive cable bill. Any reliable alternative streaming platforms?
