What's the best dual hose portable AC on the market right now? (~700 sq ft, at least 10k BTU DOE/SACC)

My Hisense 700 I bought in 2021 is starting to get overheating problems even after a good cleaning, and thinking it might be time to get a new one. Still doing some troubleshooting, but wanting to see my options.

Is there a "generally accepted" best unit right now? I like Whynter and Hisense, but most important thing is dual hose.
