threw up during a lesson 😭😭

warning: talk of vomit!!

ughh it finally happened,, needless to say im mortified!! 😫😫

im not too active out of riding so my stamina and strength really lack, but i also push myself to the limit during lessons almost to my breaking point

today i pushed too hard and had to lean off to the side to vomit a few times... im totally embarrassed!!! luckily i didnt yack on the horse i was riding but it was so embarrassing!!!! spent a long time profusely apologizing to my trainer.. ugh!

its in the past now and can laugh, but i just needed to get it off my chest and see if this is some sorta "canon event" for anyone else! maybe share some funny stories related.

let this be a psa to always listen to your body and dont push further than you know you can!!
