Are professional electives named professional electives in SLMIS?

If Professional electives:

1 and 2 > 1st sem

3 and 4 > 2nd sem

Can I take 3 and 4 in the first sem?

Afaik, they dont have each other as prereq, and they're specifically chosen subjects, so they're probably not named Professional Electives
