What the fuck just happened

This happened 10 minutes ago and I am still incredibly shaky and scared. I took my pills after 4 months of not taking them and I took around 175mg. I was shaking all day I had nausea agitation dilated pupils etc… then the symptoms disappeared after a day and I thought I was cured… I was wrong. I turned my lights off and I went to bed staring at the ceiling and suddenly I see kaleidoscope shapes in the dark. I couldn’t move but my entire body was hurting and my heart was beating so fast I genuinely thought I was going to die, I thought it was the end.

I grab my phone and it was shaking, glitching and flashing lights I turn on the lights and I see my entire room distorted like it was collapsing. My entire body was hurting and I cried because I was so scared.
What the fuck just happened, my head hurts and the back of my head even more, my ears are constantly ringing and I’m so scared
