Is there a way to add manual listens/plays to songs?

In the past I've downloaded singles from an album and when I download the full album the amount of listens/plays for the singles do not carry over to the album versions. I like to see how many times I've listened to each song.

Is there an easy way to add listens/plays to a song if I keep a record of my old listens/plays before downloading a new copy, other than looping the song until it catches up to the right amount of listens/plays.
