Anyone know what's going on near University & the 101? Lots of smoke

I'm near the apartment complexes around University Dr and the 101 and there's a ton of smoke down Evergreen rd. You can see it all the way down the 101. Does anyone know what's going on?! Huge amounts of smoke and lots of emergency vehicles.
