Slow dropping HCG after 2 doses of methotrexate??

Has anyone else gone through this? My day 4-7 drop for the first dose was 14%. Then my day 4-7 drop after the second dose was 9% (hcg 315). My lab draw today my hcg is 277. Unfortunately I’m only being followed by my fertility clinic because I can’t get into an OB until October. So I’ve been seen by my clinic and the ER. My clinic wanted me to get a third dose of methotrexate at the ER when the drop was only 9% and I went and they said since it’s still dropping they wouldn’t give me the third dose. Am I just doomed to wait weeks and weeks to get to zero? This is such a nightmare.
