Doing fresh start from the prebuilt (PC suggestions)

Hello, I bought a prebuilt back in 2024 (A520M, RTX 3050, Ryzen 5 4500, ATX case) and after a while, I'm starting to give myself a fresh start, due to the fact that my prebuilt specs were overpriced at the time ($570 or Php. 35,000 or under).

I occasionally play Minecraft with shaders, light editing, and I may dual boot between Linux and Windows if necessary. I'm also deciding if I should go with 32gb of RAM or stick with 16gb for that scenario. Here are the specs according to PCHub:

The total of this PC would cost Php. 87,000 or $1,410, but I'm here for suggestions if you want as I'm going to save money for a brand new PC on my own.
