Would this count as an extracurricular?

I am an active member of my local synagogue and have been since I was 15. As a teenager I held a leadership role in the synagogues youth group, and as an adult (and college student) I am a sitting member of the equity and inclusion committee. I also volunteer there heavily. (Hundreds of hours)

I know it’s not medical related whatsoever, but it’s taught me valuable skills such as a strong work ethic (from the volunteering) and a sense of community.
