Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi TIA for taking the time to read this. So I took the abortion medication (mife & miso) last Thursday. Well I took the mife on Wednesday (8 weeks 6 days along) then miso on Thursday. I had some pretty intense cramping after a few hours. There was some clotting/tissue. Mostly all small but one that was large enough that I thought it was probably the fetus. Anyway since then I’ve still been bleeding but like normal period bleeding for the most part. Then today (Tuesday morning) I coughed and I felt something come out, it was a pretty decent sized clot or what I think may have actually been the fetus. I’m almost positive from the look of the tissue and size/shape of it. Has anyone else experienced this a few days after taking it?
