Bit from 30 Rock involving Kenneth and a plastic fish

It's an episode between seasons 1-4, everyone at 30 rock is upset with each other. They're all standing near the stage and Jack or someone comments on the tension, then says something like "even the pages are mad at each other!" It cuts to an unnamed page gently prodding Kenneth with a plastic fish, and Kenneth very gently swatting it away. I can't find this bit no matter what I search, but it made me laugh harder than any other joke when I watched the show. If anyone remembers what episode it's from I would so appreciate it!
