Looking for advice for upcoming Oncology visit

Hello everyone, I’m hoping to go into my appointment feeling a little more prepared than I do currently. I have diagnosed with Metastatic SCC P16 positive, I have surgery to remove the mass in my neck and is how I got the diagnosis, recently I had a PET scan that should no additional disease or metastasis from distant areas. The scans did show my tonsils as elevated and also my esophagus. I haven’t spoken to a doctor yet in person about this and tomorrow will be my first visit with the oncologist. Do you have any advice or any questions I should add that you can think of? I truly appreciate the time.
