Any tips/tricks for prompts regarding instruments?

Is there any way to force a prompt to be followed? Mainly with not adding specific instruments or entire stems? Suno seems to be addicted synth, keys, strings etc to every single project. On uts own stems, and mixed into guitar stems. And is there a way to remove parts from a stem without regenerating a new one?
