Context:I've had Forza horizon 5 for a few years, I built a new pc about 2 years ago intending to play on it, but for whatever reason, no matter what I did, I could only get 7 FPS, turns out, my TV is a 4k display, not 1440p, (pc was built for 1440p so all I had to do was just change the resolution to 1440p, and now I can play
