should i build a pc rn?

i have a budget of around 5k AUD and i wanted to build the best pc possible. i want to use it for gaming/streaming/multitasking/editing. I have seen the price of ram and it’s absolutely ridiculous. ( i wanted 64gb ddr5 ). what should i do? should i just suck it up and spend the money like a dumbass. should i wait for the prices to go down? or should i buy 32gb and buy another 32gb later on if its even possible. also i wont even know how to price check properly so if anyone knows a website i can use to check prices and stuff and get a notification when price drops i would apreciate it!!

im pretty new to this stuff btw so dont mind the stupid question.
