Knocking noise from steering wheel when it is straight or when going over small bumps. 2007 Camry V6

I have the exact same problem this video describes:

But on a 2007 Camry (one generation earlier than in the video).

When I go to buy the small damper part (45254-28040) the video describes, Toyota says it’s not a part that fits 2007 Camry.

Is there an equivalent part in 2007-12 Camry that causes the same issue? If yes, what is the number? And if not, what could be the problem? Before buying the car, I didn’t hear this noise at the test drive. I had my control arms replaced at mechanic’s suggestion when I bought the car. Could the new control arms be causing this? Or could it be that the mechanic screwed up something when reassembling after control arm replacement?
