(yes I know the delivery dude is Haba, but I unironically really want him as a playable character 😭)

**Copter Man** \- 90 Base HP

🔸 Unique Character Model - the player's avatar gains a unique addition to their avatar when using Copter Man, like many other characters (such as Gojo, Locust, Kuroushi, and more). In this case, the player gains a large helicopter blade on the top of their head in place of their hair.

🔸 Passive Ability - Copter Man gives the player an additional, shorter jump when in the air. This additional jump's height is half of that of a normal jump. If a player is hit out of the air after using their additional jump, their ragdoll time will be slightly longer than usual.

🔸 Special - a unique bar is given to the player, and is filled when the special button is pressed and held similar to Yuki's special. Unlike Yuki's special, however, no ult bar is consumed when filling this bar. Instead, the player is completely immobilized when filling their bar. The main use of this unique bar is to provide "charge" to all of the player's moves. In other words, this unique bar allows the player to hold their moves during or after they would usually "stop", allowing the move and its effects to last much longer. Using this "charge" on a singular move consumes exactly half of the unique bar (so a max of two "charged" moves can be used before needing to refill the unique bar, assuming the bar is completely filled), and this applies to all moves.

🔹 Move One - Turbine

The player jumps slightly upward and starts to spin their propeller-hair, propelling them forward in a straight line. Anyone hit by this spinning blade will be damaged. Utilizing the unique bar allows the player to propell themselves 1.5 times farther. This move is unblockable and cancelable via several ranged moves, and some melee moves. This move hits already ragdolled players and ragdolls players.

🔹 Move Two - Reckless Spin

The player spins their propell briefly, causing them to spin in place temporarily. Any players hit by this move will be stuck until the move ends. Utilizing the unique bar allows the player to spin for 1.5 times longer than usual (and this dealing more damage to those already hit by the move). This move is blockable and cancelable. This move does not hit already ragdolled players and does not ragdoll players.

🔹 Move Three - Midair Downslam

The player grabs the opponent, flys into the air via their propeller-hair, and throws the opponent down into the ground. Utilizing the unique bar allows the player to fly 1.5 times higher into the air, thus throwing the opponent a greater distance downwards and dealing more damage. This also results in a slightly longer ragdoll. This move is blockable and uncancelable. This move does not hit already ragdolled players and ragdolls players.

🔹 Move Four - Spinning Throw

The player grabs one of the opponents limbs with both hands and starts spinning in place via their propeller-hair. The player then let's go and throws the opponent forward in whatever direction the player is currently facing. Utilizing the unique bar allows the player to spin in place much longer, thus launching the opponent much farther (however, this does not deal any additional damage). This move is unblockable and cancelable. This move does not hit already ragdolled players and ragdolls players.

♦️ Ultimate - Hyper Grinder

The player stomps the ground, causing surrounding opponents to be flung upward into the air. The opponens then fall downwards, and as they fall, the player begins to spin in place rapidly, dealing massive damage (85 base damage) to the opponents as they fall onto the player's spinning propeller-hair. This move's damage is equally divided (but rounded upwards if needed) between opponents if there are multiple opponents being effect by the ult. (Ex. Two players effected, each take 43 damage). A maximum of three players can be hit by the ult at once. This ult is unblockable and uncancelable. This ult ragdolls players and hits already ragdolled players.
