Could I put talaria mx4 breaks on my ariel rider kepler?

So my friend gave me his old breaks cause he had gotten ultra bee breaks for his bike, I asked if I could have his old ones, and he gave them to me, he gave me 2 rotors a front brake, and a rear brake caliper, I know kI will probably need adapters for it out am I able to do it without custom fabrication?
