Anyone have experience with Gallbladder Attacks & Hemorrhoids?

Hi everyone hope everyone is well, after years of having gallbladder attacks I last Wendsday got my gallbladder removed recovery has been mostly fine up until this point. However for a few months now I’ve been struggling with blood in my stool over the past few months it has drastically improved with the use of psyllium husk powder but since I was in hospital I was not able to take it for about 5 days my first BM was pretty rough a lot of straining and some blood, my second however (after taking psyllium powder again) was a lot better less blood almost none less strain but was a very dark brown color which after looking it up could mean internal bleeding or something much more serious just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience any thoughts or info would be very appreciated thanks.
