Scammed and angry

I recently purchased a 2004 Range Rover. It has 120k original miles and was meticulously maintained. I hadn’t had it for a day before the check engine light came on. I took it to the shop and was told that the pcv valve was incorrectly installed and that the engine was flooded with oil. It had only around 3.5 quarts of oil when they drained it. The rest was floating in the engine. After correcting the oil flood, the pcv valve installation, they ran a smoke test to check for additional issues with the emission system.

THE ENTIRE SECONDARY INTAKE SYSTEM IS MISSING!! Every component. Every piece. Gone.

The vehicle was sold to me with a passed smog certificate. Obviously that was fraudulent.

I don’t have a question. Im just raging mad and heartbroken that i now own a dud.
