FC26 literally unplayable due to loading screens

I have stable WiFi and am plugged in, yet almost every loading screen takes 5+ minutes to fully load. I’ve had it booting the game, loading a screen to play Rivals, and even after a game that was 10-15 minutes long. Is it because I play on a PS4 or is anyone else experiencing extremely long loading screens?
