Agron’s armor, power armor or no?

So I was looking at Angron’s official model for 30k and was curious about something. He has a cloak on his back so I was wondering if he has a power pack/is his armor power armor? I know almost all the primarchs wear power armor but wasn’t sure if he did. Just curious if anyone knows this!
