Mohela Payments

Hi,

I was switched from AidAdvantage to Mohela a few months ago. I've been making payments to my account with every paycheck from my work-study and internship. I made a payment on 4/14, 5/19, 5/28, and 6/2. The first three were taken from my bank account, while the most recent is still being processed. I checked my Mohela account today and saw that my 4/14 payment is the only one that has been processed. I received a confirmation email from Mohela after each payment, and the money was taken from my account, so I didn't think to check the account until today. Is it normal for them to take more than a month to process payments? Or should I be concerned, lol? Thanks!
