Requirements for GRC

I'm looking into getting a GRC since my access too it seems to be at risk. I was looking at the requirements and it says I need to have a diagnosis for gender dysphoria. I'm currently in a private gender clinic would that be good enough for the requirements or would I need to have gotten through the waiting list for my local NHS gender clinic (Tavistock)
