first ever pc. need help

trying to build my first ever pc and i am just so lost. figured i’d ask here for help! i’ve only previously gamed on a macbook and nintendo switch… so i’m totally new to pc specs and want to try to save money where i can.

New build or upgrade? new build!

Existing parts/monitors to reuse? possibly a monitor, but i don’t have any specs. so would still like monitor suggestions!

PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/ games) gaming and streaming! i would like to be able to play baldur’s gate 3, overwatch, marvel rivals and similar games.

Purchase country? Near Micro Center? USA and no, i don’t think so!

Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate) ideally 1080p!

Budget range? (Include tax considerations) ideally under $2k USD but willing to go up to $2.5k if certain things are needed.

WiFi or wired connection? wifi

Size/noise constraints? no size or noise, but i’d prefer something on the quieter end.

Color/lighting preferences? i prefer white, pink, or green coloring! rgb lighting.

Any other specific needs? nope, that should be all!
