Toddler car aversion

Has anyone experienced their 2 year old suddenly hating the car? Shes front facing (yes I know rear is safer). Seat is professionally fitted. No issues with the straps.

Shes started yelling, screaming, hysterical crying, holding her breath to the point I have to pull over or go back.

Idk whats going on and im losing my mind. Ive tried sitting with her in the back to figure it out. The moment I say car she says No No No!

Any experiences of this??
