Is Potato water and clumpy aquapahba safe to eat

I had some chickpeas water that I froze from homemade chickpeas. I took it out of the freezer and put it in the fridge. It's been in there maybe 5 days. I'm not really sure. I took it out of the fridge and there were these clumps in there. I strained the clumps and the water was clear again. Everything with the clumps just smelled strongly of chickpeas. Next, on the 29th or the 30th of May I cut a potato. I didn't use the whole thing so I put it in some water. Between the 30th and now I ate the potato but I kept the water for soup. I opened the water with no potato and it smelled like pickles. My intention was to use all of this liquid as a base for soup. Can I eat these things?
