Pickup Order

I parked in a pickup spot and notified WM that I was there. Delivery comes out and I am informed that 3 of my items are not available and that they will be shipped to me within the next week. No notification prior to the rest of my items being brought out. Has anyone else had to deal with this? WM App shows that there are 5 of said items still in the store.
