Console players avoid standard matchmaking and turn on console only crossplay

I don’t know what’s happening right now but standard matchmaking is infested with cheaters. It’s always a two man as well. It’s very blatant and they claim when our team calls them out is that they don’t ban anymore. Please tell me this isn’t true
