Ozempic and other appetite suppression drugs for diabetes

I have been taking Ozempic for 9 months. Not for weight but diabetes. Only taking the second lowest dose and that is fine. My problem is my eyes constantly overloading my stomach. I think I'm starving, I haven't eaten since dinner( no snacking no hunger) at 7pm last night It's 12:30 pm lunch the next day. So make lunch with a small side salad, green peas, and a chicken thigh deconstructed and made into a sandwich with Sola bread. I take a few bites and Im full. And I did a bolus for this whole meal. Oh, not stopping drug. My A1C after 25 years a diabetic is 5.3 down from 6.1. Now have to drink some OJ to make up for using 8units instead of 4 units of Novolog. Anyone else dealing with absolutely no hunger after two or three small bites? Used to take 35 units of Novolog no matter what I ate per meal. If not, an easy 500mg on my glucose meter.
