Sick of the Rose slander
Lots of posts judging her and calling her as bad as Dale.
I think she's just naive, has a good heart and after all this time, STILL underestimates how shitty of a person he is and how low he is willing to go.
She didn't have him on child support for the first 10 years when she could and should have. That doesn't exactly fit the image of someone who has been obsessively trying to ruin his life.
Also her involvement in the troll community was incredibly mild, it was just her venting to people who already understand what kind of person he is.
And if I remember correctly, she has previously said that the reason she joined in trolling was because she wanted her daughter to one day see that she didn't simply sit back and accept the awful things being said about her.
In court, she also could've brought any of the thousands of clips of him saying heinous shit about children, daughters, and baby mommas, or how he wants to kill his trolls. Either she was ill-prepared or just didn't want to stoop that low. There's literally tens of hours of him spewing indirect hateful shit about her. Instead she just talked about the Balenciaga tee rant for some reason lol.
Daryl argued that she tried to set up a fight between him and a commenter, trying to frame it as her inciting violence against him. Again, she didn't answer correctly as she was caught off guard, and said "it just happened". She should've just said Dale is a public streamer who has spent years cultivating an audience built around confrontation, trash talk, and challenging people. He had publicly declared that anybody who wanted the "fade" could come get it. So when another person expressed interest to her in taking him up on that challenge, she privately communicated that message to him, as it's not unusual for streamers and online personalities to set up boxing matches and fights.
Also if he tries to hide behind his lingo, it'd be easy to prove what his "coded" language means when there's clips out of there of him explaining what each of them mean.
Ironically, this ruling may ultimately give her exactly what she's wanted all along: distance from all of this. He may never mention her by name, but he's spent years hatefully ranting about DFWs, anthropoids, child support, baby mamas and all the other topics that inevitably circle back to the same person. Whether the order explicitly prevents it or not, constantly revisiting those subjects after convincing a court you need protection from your baby momma is probably not something Dale will want to keep doing.
But she needs to be prepared for the next hearing. This time she needs to bring everything. Every clip, every statement, every relevant piece of context. The court doesn't know Dale's history. Everytime he's said "comm" or "anthropoid". Bring clips explaining his lingo, have a lawyer look over and summarise the Dossier.
ISJUSTHASIMPLE, see how that works?
