Had a dream I was “4w and 9d” pregnant with identical twin boys.

I haven’t tested because admittedly I’m a bit nervous (I will tomorrow) but I’m curious about pregnancy dreams because I find it all so fascinating! I had a dream last night that I took a digital test and the screen showed I was specifically “4w 9d” pregnant. (Side note which I thought was kinda cool, 4 weeks and 9 days from now is my nana’s birthday!) I woke up and fell back asleep and the dream continued but it was like a flash forward, I had identical twin boys. Sort of wild but I’ve had pregnancy dreams before, they’ve just never been so vivid or specific. So I’m curious, what was your pregnancy dream that made you test and you found out you were infact pregnant?
