Begging litRPG authors to understand basic physics

Discussion

If the litRPG is not in some way a VRMMO, and it doesn't takes place in a simulation of some kind, strength = speed. Unless the characters are putting on proportional mass to get stronger, if they get stronger, they mechanically get faster. Maybe they don't have the coordination to actually control it, and they can't run or maneuver well with their new strength and speed. But f=ma. Force = mass * acceleration. I don't care if physics 'changed', if it changed enough for that not to be true you might as well be in a VRMMO, it just has no similarity to the real world. Speed = strength unless mass is changing. And if they are putting on mass to avoid this, either they're starting to look like the hulk or they will sink like a rock in water and deform floors and the ground when they walk.

It is utterly immersion breaking for an author to get this wrong.
