Is the Paypal $17 off $159 deal dead?

I went to try and use Paypal for the $17 off $159 deal, and it applied after refreshing the page an hour or so back, but now I can't seem to get it to apply. I know these promos tend to end early (12000 redemptions, evidently) but it still mentions the promo at checkout, just doesn't apply it, so I'm assuming it may be dead.

Anyone else seeing this?
