Does anyone else experience seemingly random freezes AND it doesn't crash?

I experience these every couple hours. I am playing with Hollow Form but this happens on basically when doing anything. Map boss fight? Freeze. Clearing map? Freeze. Doing any league mechanic? Freeze. Opened Atlas screen? Freeze. Only time I haven't experienced these are when I am idle or using NPCs, Stash. Before the freeze there is no performance issue or anything the game's performance monitor shows.

Anyone else has a similar issue? I don't know how to fix this or if it is something I can fix.
