Palate expander before or after invisialign

I've been facing chronic TMJ and jaw tightness, clenching etc, for the past 3.5-4 months, and it was around that time that my wisdom teeth erupted and gave a lot of pain as well.

Long story short, I seem to have developed an anterior open bite. I'm not sure how much I had earliuer but I never noticed it nor did I feel any discomfort. At thsi point its becoming hard for me to even relax my jaw without it pulling downwards or hurting or clenching.

At the dentists office they measured my palatal width and its 34-35 mm, so on the narrower end. I have breathing issues as well.

If I consider something like a palate expander (MARPE, FME etc.), do I do that before or after invisialign? Because I want to get my teeth fixed as well ASAP. But palate expansion is also on my list, its not immediate but I want to do it in the future and ideally I'd like to avoid any sort of redundancy or "wasted" treatment like if palate expander changes the teeth then invisalign might relapse.
