BTS CONCERT AIRRANG KIAOSHIUNG

Hi everyone, I need some help regarding TixCraft ticketing for BTS WORLD TOUR “ARIRANG” in Kaohsiung.

I recently booked tickets on TixCraft, but I might have an issue with the passenger name format. My passport name includes Vietnamese diacritics (accented characters), but I’m worried because when the ticket is printed at 7-Eleven in Taiwan, those special characters might not display correctly or could turn into errors/blank symbols.

Has anyone had experience with this? Even if my passport has the correct name, could the character encoding issue on the printed ticket cause problems at entry or ID check?

Also, does anyone know how fast TixCraft usually replies to customer support emails? I saw that refund requests are only allowed within 3 days after purchase, so I’m worried they might reply after the deadline and I could lose the refund window if there’s a problem.
